Kok Meng is the founder of Bridge Advisory. He has more than 30 years of auditing, corporate finance, corporate recovery, risk management, company secretarial, project management, project cashflow and management accounting experience covering a range of industries including property development, construction, trading, information technology, hospitality, manufacturing, plantation, automobile, retail, oil and gas, education and health.
Kok Meng joined one of the big four audit firm and later left to hold management and senior management positions with various public listed companies and a foreign based multinational corporation. Prior to Bridge Advisory, Kok Meng was a partner of another CPA firm where he was involved in various engagements, amongst them – Special Administrator appointed by Pengurusan Danaharta and Business Process Reengineering of a GLC.
At Bridge Advisory, he successfully completed scheme of arrangements involving a property development company, oversee the recovery of close to RM50 million of assets and completed the documentation of Standard Operation Procedures for a corporation with an annual turnover of RM2 billion.
Kok Meng provides oversight to and managed all the various services offered by Bridge Advisory. He is the Head of Corporate Advisory and Governance & Risk Advisory Practice.

Woon Chee retired as a Partner from KPMG Malaysia in December 2016 where he was the Head of Restructuring & Insolvency Services Division. He was also the President of Insolvency Practitioners Association of Malaysia (“IPAM”). Woon Chee provided advice on high profile engagements (Putra and Star LRT) on matters relating to debt restructuring between distressed companies and lenders, administration of schemes of arrangement and implementation of restructuring schemes.
He was appointed Special Administrator by PengurusanDanaharta Nasional Berhad over numerous PLCs and assisted Bank Negara Malaysia on revival of numerous abandoned housing projects under Tabung Projek Perumahan Terbengkalai scheme.
At Bridge Advisory, Woon Chee advice and participate in the management of insolvency assignments of the Group.

Joined Ernst & Young for 9 years and left as an Audit Manager. Seconded to EY Canada for 18 months. Auditing experiences in various industries including manufacturing, trading, services, shipping, logistic, etc in both small and medium industry and multinational companies.
At Bridge Advisory, Tzeh Foong heads the audit and assurance practice.
